Join ABA as we welcome our speaker, Mike Allard. Mike is the founder of CHOOSE HAPPI, a speaker, coach, and former healthcare CEO.

Mike spent nearly four decades leading organizations in senior healthcare, rising from an 18-year-old part-time employee earning minimum wage, to CEO of a $100 million a year organization, with over $700 million in sales. As important to Mike, his company was recognized multiple times as both a Great Place to Work and one of Fortune Magazine’s Top 50 Places to Work in Aging Services. Throughout his career, he helped build award-winning cultures while serving thousands of residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Today, Mike combines those leadership lessons with timeless principles of personal development through CHOOSE HAPPI, helping individuals and organizations improve well-being, strengthen leadership, and build cultures where people thrive. His mission extends beyond business, with CHOOSE HAPPI donating 50% of its profits to charitable causes supporting veterans, first responders, seniors, children, and animal rescue organizations. Mike’s interactive presentation will focus on the “Choose” part of his process-how to take control of your life, learn to respond versus react, and a simple process to start each day with passion and purpose.  And the “A” of CHOOSE HAPPI, Attitude, where he will touch on positive self talk and expressing gratitude to bulletproof your self esteem and deepen connection.
