Communicating Through Change: Building a Stakeholder Communication Plan
In our June program, we discussed the impact of how much change employees have absorbed in a short period of time. Sent home in 2020, called back to the office by 2025, and now asked to adopt AI into the way they work. Each shift was announced rather than designed with the people affected, which can erode trust in leadership and leave employees hesitant to adopt the next initiative.
This follow-up session will cover how clear and strategic communication builds that trust back and motivates teams to engage with what comes next.
Participants will work through the Three C's of effective communication and begin building their own Stakeholder Communication Plan, using the worksheet and a change currently underway in their organization. The worksheet identifies each affected audience, what matters to them, the questions they are likely to raise, and how their role will actually change. Attendees leave with their worksheet started and the framework for a plan-on-a-page.
Bring a specific change initiative. Worksheets provided. Prior attendance is not required.
